The latest update to the Dengie Feeds website involved a new UX design and the introduction of e-commerce to enable Dengie customer’s to purchase all of their products online.

With the dominance of mobile devices as the medium of choice to view consumer websites, we undertook a complete review and refresh of the UX design of the site and introduced much greater integration with Dengie’s various social media channels. We also integrated a complete e-commerce system to integrate full transactional capabilities into the website.

Following extensive user research and focus groups, a brand new feed finder interface was developed that enables visitors to accurately select the best Dengie feed for their circumstances. Other customer-centric elements included the ability to chat online with Dengie’s nutritionists and the ability of dengie retailers to undertake Product Advisor courses to ensure that they understand all of the features and benefits of dengie’s many products
